Directions from Woking to the Alton Clinic

Join the M3 southbound.

Exit the M3 onto the A287 southbound.

At the end of this dual carriageway, take the third exit on the roundabout, (leaving the A287) onto the Hook Road.

At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Dunley's Hill.

At the next roundabout take the second exit (straight on) onto the Alton Road.

Continue on this road, through South Warnborough and other villages for about 5 miles.

At the crossroads signposted Lasham Gliding Club to the right, turn left (the Golden Pot Pub will be on your left).

After 200 yards, pass the first turning on the left signed 'Aylesfield Farm Buildings'.

Take the next left 50 yards later (you might see a white sign with reflective red and green letters 'Alternatives Health Clinic').

The Clinic is round the back facing the fields.

Directions from Woking to the Farnham Clinic

Join the M3 south for one junction and then exit south onto the A331 towards Farnham.

Continue on the A331 until you reach a roundabout after about 8 miles, take the second exit (straight on) and you will join the A31.

Keep in the left hand lane and at the Shepherd and Flock roundabout take the first exit. (This area is busy at rush hour).

Past the BP petrol station, keep in the left lane and turn left at the traffic lights.

Cross the level crossing and take the second right into Alfred Road

The Farnham Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic is opposite at the end of this road.

On street car parking can be found at the end of Alfred Road.
